Envoke

Envoke is a comprehensive messaging platform for public-safety, defense and commercial enterprises. Envoke provides secure instant messaging that can also be integrated into e-commerce, CRM and corporate portals.

Instant messaging (IM) has become an indispensable part of day-to-day business life, steadily eclipsing email as the leading means of online communication. The immediacy and clarity of IM has changed the way people work together from different locations. But the security risks of existing IM systems could expose whole networks to viruses and Trojan horses. Moreover, public IM systems cannot protect confidential, sensitive information passed through them.

To plug those security holes, Envoke was designed from the ground up to meet U.S. Department of Defense security standards. This technologically-advanced, high-security framework utilizes encryption and secure on-site servers to protect information and networks.

Envoke provides secure instant messaging that can also be integrated into e-commerce, CRM and corporate portals.

A robust, enterprise-oriented feature set elevates Envoke above consumer-grade IM solutions. Its intuitive user interface and secure file transfer capabilities are only the beginning. Envoke bridges existing collaborative tools including Groove, Click-to-Meet, Lotus SameTime and selected XMPP and IRC-based products, allowing users to see who is available across all systems without keeping every system open. Web-based administration tools give the enterprise complete control over the IM process, with full logging of time/date stamps, message texts, file transfers and more. A system of federated servers ensures that Envoke’s lines of communication remain open in the event of a server failure.

The potential of instant messaging is only partially fulfilled by consumer IM systems. Envoke offers a more secure, more powerful IM option specifically designed for the enterprise.
